Jillian Koeneman recognized the power social media held for marketers long before it was popular. After implementing social media strategies on both the client and agency side, she founded Freshlime in order to lead businesses to increased sales and greater brand awareness through social media marketing and other online vehicles.

Koeneman holds leadership positions in several community organizations. She is a Board Member of the Women Business Owners of Michiana and volunteers on the Marketing Committee for the Humane Society of Elkhart County. In 2014, Koeneman was awarded “Volunteer of the Year” from the Humane Society of Elkhart County for her work in developing a new website, designing a capital campaign logo, and ongoing social media and marketing support to help animals in need.

Koeneman also heads up all marketing for her husband’s new business, Anytime Fitness in Goshen.

Koeneman earned a degree in advertising and public relations from Michigan State University in 2004 and was a member of two National Championship Water Polo Teams. When not at her computer, she enjoys spending time boating with her husband and two dogs.
